We really do feel like a family at Neighbors and Herod Family Dentistry. Our staff has a combined 175+ years of working in this practice alone. We believe that this is what sets us apart from other dental practices. We truly value our patients and feel invested in not only their dental wellbeing, but their lives as well. We take pride in the relationships we have made in serving multiple family generations and we hope that you will feel at home in our practice.

Susan

SUSAN

OFFICE MANAGER

Susan was born and raised in Midlothian and has been part of our practice since 1983! Her experience is invaluable to our practice. Susan is married and has a daughter, who is a school teacher, and an adorable grandson. When not in the office, you may see Susan running around town, training for a marathon. She also enjoys heading down to Lewisetta for time with the family.

Penny

Penny is a Chesterfield native who first joined our practice in 1989 as a dental assistant. She then moved to the front office to apply this extensive knowledge of the dental field. Penny will be the first smiling face you encounter when you enter the office! Her personal goal is that every patient experience a warm and caring environment. During her time here in the office, Penny has created close bonds with many of our long-time patients.

Penny and her husband have been married for 33 years and have two sons and a granddaughter. They enjoy cheering for the Vikings (usually sadly…), traveling, and loving on their dog, Lilly.

Cassi

Cassie is from Indiana and graduated from Indiana University with a degree in Management. She has been part of our practice since 2010. She and her husband moved to Midlothian in 1994. They have two children. When she is not cheering them on in football and field hockey, she enjoys decorating, baking and spending with her family and friends at Lake Gaston. Cassie’s fun loving personality and vast knowledge of insurance are true assets to our practice.

Susannah

Susannah is a Chesterfield native who has been a patient of the practice since childhood and joined our team in 2017. Susannah and her husband have 3 boys and enjoy cheering them on in their various sports teams. She also enjoys spending time outdoors and going to the beach with her friends and family. Susannah’s goal is to deliver superb customer service while providing a friendly atmosphere to patients.

Eszter

ESZTER

HYGEINIST

Eszter is a native of Szeged, Hungary. After having studied in Saskatchewan, Canada and Bluefield, Virginia, she earned her Bachelor of Science degree at the VCU Dental Hygiene program in 2002, Magna Cum Laude. She has been part of our practice since 2004.

Eszter’s passion is providing individual based preventative dental care. She strives to educate and equip patients with the best means to care for their oral health. Her other passion is teaching. She has returned to her alma mater as adjunct clinical instructor and finds great satisfaction in educating the next generation of dental hygienists.

Eszter is married with two young sons. You can often find her on the sidelines at the local travel soccer games cheering on her boys!
